Join us for a meeting near you! The Greater Los Angeles Local Interest Group (LIG) was created to provide an opportunity for IT Service Management enthusiasts to meet, network and learn from other professionals and industry experts. In an effort to provide a resource near you (if there is such a thing in Los Angeles), we hold meetings in the San Gabriel Valley, San Fernando Valley, Orange County and central L.A. You can count on there being 1 or 2 meetings a month in the Greater Los Angeles area. This year we are planning quarterly events to provide an opportunity for all area groups to meet in a central location to widen our networking and learning activities. In January, more than 70 members and friends of IT Service Management met at the Magic Castle in Hollywood. We were treated to a presentation by one of the industry’s leading experts, followed by dinner, networking and entertainment. We are currently planning our May quarterly event. In August, we will join with the San Diego LIG in presenting our 6th Annual SoCal Excellence in Service Management Conference at the Hilton Hotel in Irvine, CA.
